Radio GH is totally supported by donations from listeners and friends of the radio. All presenters are unpaid volunteers.
At the start up, Ewan & Derek decided that Radio GH would not go commercial.
The station is a voluntary service which allows the continuation of THE SCOTTISH SHINDIG which has been on the internet since 2010. Respecting Derek's wishes, Ewan continues to broadcast the show every Sunday night at 6.00pm.
Any donations received will go towards the costs of keeping the programme running. This includes the annual registration of the domain, monthly hosting of the domain, server costs, pro voice overs, PRS/PPL licence fees etc. This allows the station to operate legally.
